Recreational training groups

Our Recreational Programme designed for everyone, who is just starting out in the sport, as well as those with some experience in gymnastics. Recreational classes are designed to improve hand-eye coordination, body control, spatial awareness, memory, and concentration. It will also teach elements of the beginning of rhythmic gymnastics such as flexibility, basic acrobatics, and apparatus handling. They are usually 2 hours long and take place 1-3 times per week. You can choose to sign up your child for one or multiple classes per week. Gymnasts, who would like to prepare for entry into our Advanced Programme are advised to sign up for a minimum of 6 hours per week.

Pre-Squad

Gymnasts attending these classes have to show a  good level of flexibility, conditioning, apparatus handling and enrol for a minimum of 9 hours per week and is required achieve 90% of attendance.. Club and local competitions will be introduced at this level. Level 0-2.

Squad

Available only upon invitation from Head Coach.

Gymnasts attending these classes have to enrol for a minimum of 4 sessions per week (12+ hours), required attendance 95%. They will be preparing for local, regional, national, international competitions.

Gymnasts who have scored above the bar for their age group in the London Championship must upgrade to the next level.

If gymnast who must to upgrade for Level 3 will train less than 12 hours 4 sessions per week will be preparing only for one routine .
